Financial Aid

Bridgton Academy is committed to making its education accessible to students from all socio-economic backgrounds, while at the same time being responsible stewards of the Academy’s financial health and ensuring that our programs and facilities are relevant, well maintained, and conducive to teaching and learning to the highest standards.

After submitting a financial aid application, a financial analysis, along with other factors, serves as a guide for determining financial aid packages. Other factors include the number of students applying for financial aid, the total financial aid budget in a given year, and the time of year that an application is received.

*Important Note: Bridgton operates on a rolling admissions policy. In other words, Bridgton reviews applications as they are received and enrollment decisions are determined throughout the year until the class is full. If you are admitted and qualify for financial aid, Bridgton Academy will endeavor to provide a grant package with your admission letter. For this reason, it is recommended that financial aid applications be submitted simultaneously, or as close as possible, with the admission application. Financial aid is limited and it’s best not to delay your application.

Bridgton Academy uses the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.

If you have any questions regarding financial aid, please contact the Office of Admission/Financial Aid by phone at 207-647-3322 x1.
