The Wolverine Family Grows at Portsmouth, NH Fire Department

As our nation continues to tackle the challenges that accompany the current pandemic, we are proud to announce that a member of our Wolverine family will be serving in the Portsmouth, NH fire department.  Garrett Goudreau ’05 began his first day with the department just last week, and the announcement came from an extended member of the Wolverines, Deputy Chief James Heinz, a Class of 2014 parent (Jeff Heinz) who is in charge of operations and training in Portsmouth.

Chief Heinz shares, “Garrett has hit the ground running and we expect him to be a great addition to our forces.  The fact that Garrett is a BA alum played a big part in him getting through the rigorous hiring process here.”  With just over a week under his belt in his new role, Garrett has been assigned to Portsmouth’s busiest ambulance. As Heinz further reports, “Garrett will literally be on the front lines.”

Congratulations to Garrett, and a very special thank you to everyone in the Bridgton family who is serving on the front lines right now.
