Goals at Bridgton:
My goals at BA are to get a Division I football scholarship. I also want to better myself as a young man and academically as a student.

Why did you choose Bridgton Academy?
I chose Bridgton because of an alumni who now coaches hockey here, Marco Spisso, who happens to be a family friend of mine and highly recommended it.

How is Bridgton Academy different than your high school?
Bridgton is very different from my high school. Mainly because of the people, everyone is here for you. They’re not here because they have to be, they legitimately want to help us and see us succeed as young men.

How is our coaching different than your high school experience?
The coaching at BA is amazing, I love it. The coaches, again, are here for us. They’re doing everything they can to give us the best opportunities that they can. Also I like the amount of competition, they play the best players in order to win, not the kids that they know.

What thoughts would you want to share with guys considering Bridgton Academy?
If your considering other prep schools besides BA, forget them. Coming here will definitely put a smile on your face, except the merciless hill. Bridgton Academy is the best decision I’ve ever made, I love all the people here, all the guys are great. There’s just a certain type of energy here that is hard to come by.

Interesting fact about yourself:
There isn’t much to tell about Jake Griffin, I’m just a guy who was lucky enough to make the right decision to come to Bridgton, and I wouldn’t change that decision for the world. Go BA!
