Paré’s recruiting background stems from his leadership of the USASA Maine Mountain Series, the gateway qualifiers for snowboard and freeski athletes with goals of reaching the Olympics. As the director of this organization’s Maine series, Paré managed over twenty events throughout Maine for athletes of all ages. During that time, Paré helped to grow the Maine Mountain Series from the middle of the pack to the fourth largest series nationally.

“I have a deep passion for providing an environment where students can grow, compete, and gain the life skills needed to be successful,” shared Paré. “At Bridgton Academy, this exact environment already exists, making it a perfect fit for me.
