Juwan Jackson, a Madison, NJ native, attended Madison High School. From there he matriculated at Marist College, where he played for Jim Parady. Juwan was an All-American offensive lineman, graduating in 2003 with a communications degree focused on Public Relations and Media. He participated in training camp with the New York Jets in 2003, and played Arena League Football for the Laredo Law in Laredo, TX in 2004, and for the Manchester Wolves in 2005.
Juwan began his coaching career at Wagner in 2006 for head coach Walt Hameline. While at Wagner, Juwan earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He then interned for Rutgers football in the fall of 2007 for Greg Schiano and Kyle Flood (current head coach of Rutgers). In 2008, Juwan went to the University of Oregon and became a strength and conditioning and defensive intern under Mike Belotti, and then Chip Kelly in 2009. In 2010, left Oregon to be the defensive line coach at Monmouth University in NJ under Kevin Callahan.
Juwan was hired to be the head coach and offensive coordinator here at Bridgton Academy in May of 2015. This is his first head coaching position.
